About the digital products we offer, they are and will remain the exclusive property of Mercy Digital Designs. When you make a purcharse of one of them, you only have right to use it for personal purposes.

Products

We exclusively offer digital products for final sale. Then, no physical product will be sent you, neither will be shipment or shipment fees. Because of the nature of our digital items, all of them are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All digital products from Mercy Digital Designs are licensed only for personal use and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Please do not share, resell or redistribute the files or use the item(s) commercially under any circumstances or share them publicly. Any unauthorised distribution of this file is prohibited and will be met with legal action.

The products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Also, the prices for all products are subject to change.

Regarding the features of the product itself, we make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, specifications and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.

For printable digital products, the quality of the print depends on the quality of your printer, so we suggest that you print the file in high quality and its actual size, no scaling the file for better results.

Purchases and Payment

By placing orders on the site, you (the costumer) represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that the information you provide is true and accurate.

We accept payments from payment provider PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. We may change the prices for the digital products at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Returns and Refunds Policy

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. Please be conscious prior to making any purchases that our products are digital and no physical item will be shipped to you.

We are sorry, but because of the nature of digital products we cannot accept returns or make refunds of the purchased products, but if you have any issue with a product, please contact to us and we will be happy to try to find a solution.
